The integrated water cycle water is managed dall'Ambito Territorial Optimal dellaProvincia of Genoa, made up of County and all municipalities of the territory since 2003. Starting from June 2004, the ATO of the Province of Genoa has entrusted this service to ungestore single (AMGA SpA) on the basis of Resolutions of No 8 and No 13.06.03 16 22.12.03 Conference provincial ATO. Within the territory of the Municipality of Moneglia the aqueduct is managed by the Company Water Potabile Srl (Preserved body) according to an agreement signed between the Municipality of Moneglia and SAP in 1991 with duration of 25 years, while at the sewerage purification entrusted to Idrotigullio SpA (preserved body).
Drinking water.
The plant municipal water supply consists essentially of: - well, on lifting, located in the town of Sestri Levante on the left bank of t. Petronio, - adduction of conduct from the levy to points of use, with transit in tunnels of the old rail network - the network of distribution utilities (extended to 25 km), both in the central zone hillside - some smaller plants of adduction and distribution to fall, in some frazioni.Alla company operates is therefore entrusted with the development and maintenance works of drawing, adduction and distribution of drinking water, under the conditions provided under concession.
